Shipping & Handling

Currently, mobi-usa.com ships strictly to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, plus Alaska and Hawaii. Shipments to international destinations and U.S territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam) are unavailable at this time.

We ship using UPS. We do not offer Saturday delivery.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Shipments to Hawaii / Alaska will be shipped UPS via 2-day air. All orders shipping to Hawaii / Alaska will be changed to reflect this additional cost if the chosen shipping method does not meet or exceed this standard.

All orders received after 11am EST will normally ship the next business day, or one to two days thereafter, pending all items are in stock and credit approval. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, except holidays. All orders placed between 11am EST Friday, through Monday 11am EST will ship on Monday, pending availability and credit approval. Next day delivery orders placed on Friday after 11am EST and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday.

Back Orders
In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to a lack of product availability. Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are received in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by phone or email.

Sales Tax
We only charge sales tax on orders being shipped to New York State addresses.
